Free on all orders over $65. Orders under $65 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. Tracking is provided via email upon dispatch.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days)
Available for $9.99 on all orders. Ideal if you'd like to start your wellness ritual sooner.
Priority Overnight Shipping
Available for $24.99. Orders must be placed before 12pm CT on business days to be eligible for next-business-day delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2pm CT may be processed the following business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Subscription Orders
Active subscribers receive complimentary standard shipping on all recurring orders, regardless of order value. Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped on your selected cadence.
Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages
